World Glaucoma Week: Residents in Benin get free eye care

As part of activities marking World Glaucoma Week, Ophthalmologist Society of Nigeria, Edo State chapter in collaboration with the University of Benin Teaching Hospital is carrying out free glaucoma screening and free eye care mostly for the aged.

The weeklong free eye care will end on the eighteenth of March.

Patience Osarogiuwa reports that the event also featured public enlightenment lecture.
