2018 Children’s Day: Senate Wants Leah Sharibu, Chibok Girls Freed

The Senate has called on the federal government to Intensify efforts at securing the release of Leah Sharibu who is the only Dapchi schoolgirl that is yet to be released and the remaining chibok school girls that are still in the custody of Boko Haram insurgents.

Senate made the call after deliberations on a motion sponsored by Senator Binta Masi Garba and eight other senators on the 2018 Children’s Day celebration.
