The need for the transformation of the electoral process in electing leaders in the country has been emphasized on an audience participation programme, Politics Today.
The discussants, Bishop Akalame, Barrister Abayomi Thomas and Nathaniel Osamede harped on the need for the resuscitation of our value system which has been bastardized.
They said if this is not addressed, getting good leaders that can reposition the country will be difficult as it will continue to affect social political activities.
The discussants were also of the view that politicians, electorate and INEC which were supposed to serve as unbiased umpire have their own share of blame in the people’s quest to getting a good leader that will give the people positive leadership.
Politics Today is an audience participation programme broadcast simultaneously on ITV and radio every Saturday from 10.30 to 11.30 in the morning.
