Discussants in an audience participation programme, Politics Today have called for caution following ultimatum given Igbos in the northern part to relocate within three months in other for the situation not to degenerate into unwanted national crisis.
Few days ago the some Arewa group after its meeting issued a threat to the Igbo’s to relocate within three months, an issue that has generated reaction within and outside Nigeria.
This also prompted the Inspector General of Police to address a press briefing warning the Arewa group to desist from such provocative utterances or being made to face the full wrath of the law.
Against this background discussants in an audience participation programme politics today were of the view whether or not it is such threat that the country need to survive in this trying period.
The discussants, Barrister Abayomi Thomas, Tony Abolo and Nurudeen Asunoojie though condemned the threat but were divergent on the method to be used for the survival of the country.
