Court Adjourns Suit Seeking Oshiomhole’s Investigation, Prosecution To November 19

Federal high court sitting in Abuja has fix November 19 to hear the preliminary objection filed by Adams Oshiomole in the suit seeking the it to mandate the EFCC to investigate investigate him.
The presiding judge Justice Anwuri Chikere adjourns the matter to enable the plaintiff Bishop Osadolor Ochei to respond to the preliminary objection.
Joseph Kadiri reports that the former governor PRAYED the court to dismiss the suit insisting that bishop Osadolor Ochei lacks the locus standi to order for his investigation
