Court Dismisses Suit Seeking To Disqualify Ogun APC Governorship Candidate

Federal capital territory high court Thursday upholds the candidacy of Adedapo Abisogun as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress for Ogun state gubernatorial election. His Candidacy was uphold by justice Olukayode Adebiyi while delivering judgment on the suit seeking to disqualify the candidate on the grounds that he presented false information in his form cf 001 Joseph kadiri reports the judge as saying the suit is unmeritorious while dismissing it is a mere academic exercise.
