Edo first urges women not to be deterred by political violence

Wife of Edo State Governor, Mrs. Betsy Obaseki has called on PDP women and other women in the State not to be deterred by the threat of violence from an opposition party but should cast their votes for Governor Obaseki in September nineteen State governorship election.

Mrs. Obaseki made the call when some women staged a peaceful march to Government House in solidarity with the Speaker of Edo State House of Assembly, Francis Okiye following the alleged planned invasion of the assembly complex on Thursday.
