The leadership of Edo State Chapter of the People’s Democratic Party says it will not shy away from engaging the ruling APC government in constructive criticism and to ensure that the government fulfills its promises to Edo people during the electioneering period.
State Chairman of the party, Chief Dan Orbih disclosed this when the sensitization team of the party visited Orhionmwon Local Government Area.
Meanwhile, the All Progressive Congress has called on the People’s Democratic Party in Edo state to stop politicizing the issue of migration as the issue is not peculiar to Edo State alone.
APC Chairman in Edo State, Barrister Anselm Ojezua while reacting to the allegations raised by the PDP, said the problem of migration has long been in existence before the APC took over governance.
Barrister Ojezua rather criticized the policies and programs of the PDP while in office and called on the party to tell Edo people their ach9ievements while in office, adding that the over two hundred thousand jobs promised by Governor Obaseki during his campaign is for a period of four years and not one year, maintaining that the governor will keep to his promise.
