The Edo State Judicial Panel of Inquiry for Victims of SARS and Related Abuses summoned a former Divisional Police Officer in Irrua, Mr. Asabor over alleged extra-judicial killing of one Mr. Samuel Atakpor and two others in 1999.
 
Efosa Uwangue reports that the judicial panel also entertained many other petitions.
