Edo State Police Command says five persons were kidnapped in the incident that occurred on Benin Auchi Road yesterday.
The State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Johnson Kokumo, who confirmed the incident debunked the claim that made the rounds in some quarters that twenty-six persons were kidnapped by the hoodlums, wo laid siege on the area yesterday.
