Edo: Task Force assures Libya returnees of payment of stipends instalment

Edo State Task Force against Human Trafficking has assured all Libya returnees from November Seven 2017, to March Twenty Nine, 2018, that stipends are still being paid in installments.

In a statement signed by the chairperson Edo State Task Force against Human Trafficking, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Professor Yinka Omorogbe says the installment payment of Twenty Thousand naira per person over a period of three months remains, pointing out that over Seventy Millions Naira has so far been paid to One Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Nine persons as beneficiaries who have received between One to

Three Months payments while assuring all beneficiaries will be paid their full amount before the exercise ends.

The statement said stipends are paid into the various bank accounts of beneficiaries after a physical verification exercise to ensure, only the right persons are paid.
