Ekiti State Govt. says there was no casualty in explosion

Ekiti State Government says there was no casualty in an explosion that rocked the State Police Command’s Explosives Ordinance Disposal office in Ado Ekiti.
 
A statement signed by the Commissioner for Information and Civic Orientation, Aare Muyiwa Olumilua says an on-the-spot assessment confirms that there were no casualties and the area is secured with no further threats but the impact caused some damages to some government offices in the vicinity.
 
Aare Olumilua advised members of the public to go about their normal duties without fear.
