The administration of the federal capital territory has warn heads of all government schools to desist from charging unauthorised and indiscriminate levies. The FCT secretary for education, Dr Mohammed Bala Liman handed down the warning at one-day stakeholders’ conference on sustainable funding options for fct public schools and vocational centres. Ikharo Attah reports the FCTA permanent secretary, Sir Christian Ohaa as calling the education secretariat to be proactive in handling the ever increasing student population in FCTA-owned schools.
