Gov. Godwin Obaseki Appoints Igbinidu Inneh As New Executive Chairman Of EIRS

Edo State Governor, Godwin Obaseki has approved the appointment of Mr. Igbinidu Inneh as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Edo State Internal Revenue Service.

In a statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Osarodion Ogie, the appointment, subject to the confirmation of the State House of Assembly takes immediate effect.

According to the statement, other members of the Board are, Charity Aimanyaevbo, Michael Ohio-Ezomo and Emmanuel Ehimare Okodugha with Efe Iserhienrhien as the acting secretary.

While congratulating the new board on their appointment, the government advises the board and the entire staff of Edo State Internal Revenue Service to be professional in discharging their duties as acts of unethical behavior in tax administration will not be tolerated.
