Edo State Governor, Mr. Godwin Obaseki says citizens have the right to live in any part of the Country but must ensure peaceful co-existing.
Governor Obaseki disclosed this when he received the new Commander, 4 Brigade, Nigeria Army, Brigadier General Musa Sadiq, in Government House Benin City.
