High Court in Benin reserves ruling on application to restrain Chief Johnson Atseleghe from usurping powers of Eniogie of Ologbo Dukedom

A suit filed by the Enogie of Ologbo Community, His Royal Highness Owen Jason Akenzua to challenge the Iyesere of Warri, Chief Johnson Atseleghe for allegedly usurping the powers of Enogie and perpetually running a parallel traditional institution in Ologbo Dukedome, today came up for hearing at the State High Court in Benin City.
 
The defendant, Chief Johnson Atseleghe was not present in Court and was not represented by any Counsel.
