The Esama of Benin and Honourary Romania Consul to Edo and Delta States of Nigeria, His Excellency, Sir, Chief, Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion has been extolled as a man who has made landmark contributions to the development of the country.
The remark was made by the President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Dame Onome Joy Adewuyi during a courtesy call on the Esama of Benin in his Benin City residence.
