ICPC holds sensitization advocacy programme on domestic violence

Socially accepted norms, gender inequality discrimination poverty, poor reporting and response mechanism have been described as some factors behind the problem of domestic violence against women in Nigeria.

This was the submission of the Director General of the Institute for Peace Conflict Resolution, Professor Bakut T. Bakut at the advocacy programme on women domestic violence in Benin city.
