Adesuwa Lato reports that the opening ceremony of the two day retreat held at the Centre of Excellence in Reproductive Health Innovation Complex, College of Medical Sciences, University of Benin, Ugbowo campus was graced by the Chancellor, Igbinedion University, Okada, the Esama of Benin, Sir Chief Doctor Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion.
