Some members of the public in Benin City have continued to speak on their expectations on the 2018 budget to be presented to the National Assembly by President Muhammadu Buhari on November Seven.
A budget is an income potentials and proposal on expenditure for a given period. It is a constitutional responsibility for a president to present a budget proppsal to the National Assembly for consideration and approval.
Some respondents, who commented on the expectations on the 2018 federal government budget said though government said the economy is out of recession, Nigerians are yet to feel the impact.
According to them, more money should be injected into the economy, Another respondents however said there is nothing to expect in the budget as nothing good has come out of any budget since independence.
The respondents also bared their minds on the implementation of the 2017 budget.
President Buhari has written to the National Assembly to present the 2018 Appropriation Bill to the joint session on Tuesday, November seven.
