NEC’S Audit Report Indicts NNPC, Other Over Under Remittance As Governors Frown At Increasing Petroleum Subsidy

The report of forensic audit carried out by KPMG unbehalf of the National Economic Council indicted the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and some revenue generating agencies for under remittance to the federation account to the tune of N8.1 trillion

Governor Of Gombe State, Ibrahim Dankwambo who disclosed to Journalists at the presidential villa after the monthly National Economic Council meeting said the probe covered from 2010 to 2015

ITV Statehouse Correspondent Ikharo Attah reports that state governors are frowning  at the huge cost spent  on subsidy for refined petroleum product which runs into hundred of billions of naira.
