Nigeria To Borrow $4.5 Billion Dollars From China To Develop Agriculture

The Federal and State Governments are set to borrow the sum of four point five billion US dollars as part of the Agro-Mechanisation policy aimed at transforming the nation’s agricultural sector

Minister of Agriculture, Chief Audu Ogbeh and the Chairman of the Nigerian Governors Forum, Governor Abdul-Aziz Yari disclosed this to statehouse Correspondents after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa.

Statehouse Correspondent Ikharo Attah reports that former military head of state General Yakubu Gowon, retired, also met with President Muhammadu Buhari behind closed doors.
