Nigerian Army Assures On Capture Of Boko Haram Leader

Nigerian Army says the forty days ultimatum giving for the capture of Boko Haram leader by the Federal Government is sacrosanct.

Spokesperson Brigadier General Sani Usaman also debunked the allegation that the military earlier announced the capture of the Boko Haram leader.

Army Spokesperson Brigadier General Sani Usman addressing newsmen on the forty days ultimatum assured that the Army will live up to expectation and met the deadline by capturing the Boko Haram leader dead or Alive.

He also said the army had never announced the capture of Shekau as alledged.

The Chief of Army Staff Liutenant General Tukur Buratai led other top officers to visit the troops at the Gunuri and Bunuyadi camps to advised them on how to check the atrocities of Boko Haram Insurgency some member of the troops commented on the visit service Chiefs have been in Maiduguri on the orders of the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo to flush out ruminants of the Boko Haram sect.
