NIN applicants still recount ordeal at registration centres

Some applicants seeking to obtain their National Identity Number have continued to recount their ordeal at the designated registration centres in Benin City.

Pius Nsogho reports that some applicants including the elderly at Egor Local Government centre, complained of spending several hours without being receiving attention from designated officials.
