The Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja Wednesday issues a bench warrant for the arrest of the suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen for failing to appear before it to take plea on alleged corruption charges against him for the third time.
The Chairman of the CCT , Danladi Umar, issued the warrant to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and Director, Department of State Services to arrest Justice Onnoghen and bring him to the Tribunal on Friday.
