President Muhammadu Buhari has lamented that human life is becoming cheap in Nigeria.
The President, however, heaped the blame on some unnamed politicians, who he accused of taking advantage of the killings associated with herdsmen/farmers clashes in parts of the country.
He said some desperate people have continued to pursue their quest for instability and chaos, which they hope would give them an advantage in the coming elections.
President Buhari said this in a statement by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, in reaction to latest clashes in Plateau State, during which several people were killed.
H said Nigerians affected by the herdsmen-farmer clashes must allow the due process of the law to take its course rather than taking matters into their own hands.
