Prison Decongestion: FEC approves N2.84bn prison digitization contract

The federal executive council today approves a n2.84 billion contract for the comprehensive digitization of all prisons across the country Minister of justice and attorney general of the federation, Abubakar Malami told journalists at the presidential Villa that the contract is parts of efforts aimed at decongesting the prisons ITV statehouse correspondent Ikharo Attah reports that council also approved the establishment of the national council on skills and technical education.
