The member representing Owan Federal Constituency and Chairman House of Representatives Committee on Basic Education, Professor Julius Ihonvbere says he will not relent in training members of his Constituency in profitable skills that can support them to become financially independent.
The federal lawmaker made the remark at the opening ceremony of a one-week vocational skill training programme on leather making at Afuze, Owan East Local Government Area, Edo State.
